MO'S MINDFUL SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING CAMPS FAQ'S


• Each player must bring her own softball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, helmet, cleats, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must supply their own equipment for each camp.
• Cleats or turfs must be worn at all times.
• Please be sure to mark all equipment you bring to camp as Mo’s Mindful Sport Performance Training, LLC is not responsible for any equipment lost during camp.
• Meals, snacks and water are not provided during the camp. Athletes are encouraged to bring a cooler with any lunch, snacks, and water needed to keep them properly hydrated and fueled during camp.
• In order to be compliant with NCAA rules, please understand that any payment you make towards camp is non-refundable. If camp is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be given a camp credit to be used towards a future camp or clinic.
If you wish to use your camp credit please follow the steps listed below:

• Find a camp you wish to attend by checking our website regularly.
• Once you find a camp you wish to attend, please email Monique White at mindfulsportperformance@gmail.com with the athlete's name and previous email correspondence issuing you the original camp credit.
• You will be credited the amount of money you have already paid and will responsible for paying any remaining balance for the new camp.
• Your camp balance does not reserve or hold your spot for future camps, so please keep in mind; you must still make all registration deadlines.
• You must also resubmit all signed paperwork for every new camp.
• Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication. Any additional information will be conveyed via the e-mail address supplied during registration.
• Check-in will start approximately 30 minutes before the start time of camp.
